  We just left about a half hour ago (Burlington location) and the food is great but the service is awful. We moved out to the Burlington area a year ago and have been here around 10 times. That's saying a lot for a couple with a now one year old baby. We love the beer selection and the food is always great but the service is really the worst. Tonight the host took our order. The last time we were there the same host took our drink order. Tonight our sever made it over to us after 12 minutes and never introduced himself. We have a 16 month old with us, you need to get there quicker than that. When we go out we're on a limited time schedule and it's tough but we enjoy it here. Tonight was the worst it's ever been. The last time we were there it was the same server and it took him 9 minutes. We will keep coming back because of the food , beer selection, and atmosphere, but something really needs to be done about the service. My sons burger came out without cheese. My burger came out without bacon. Our server sat at the booth next to our table talking with friends instead of checking up on us. I heard him tell them that he was finally caught up but there were only 7 tables in the restaurant and at least two servers. I was done with half of my burger before he even knew there was a problem. Had we been promptly taken care of we would have each had another drink ($15). We ended up tipping the host because she did the most for us. We will come back and I know everyone has an off night but this has been a consistent issue. I guess it should be noted that my wife and I have been in the restaurant business for 35 years between us and understand being under and overwhelmed, it sucks, but 12 minutes is crazy. At least stop by and get the kids order in. He's the priority for the parents. If he's taken care of they're taken care of and ultimately you're taken care of. Good luck.

  My go to place then walk the waterfront
  Love this place waiter came over three times..just checking is everything perfect
  the hostess so sweet ...Thursday is half price wine beer ...everyday a special ...

  Great place, great food and great staff! Beautiful town to walk around, once you're done eating. Beautiful raw oyster bar. Games and live bands during the summer months.
